Frequently Asked Questions

First, head to ‘Execute Payroll’ in Moon HRM and then start reviewing attendance and pay elements for salary calculations. Next, go to ad-hoc compensation to adjust one-time payouts if applicable. Oversee statutory components and ensure they are applied automatically in each payroll cycle. Once done, finalize payroll and authorize it.

You can organize the Employees'Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) from the statutory components tab, located inside payroll groups. You can add or update the EPF/ESI number, change the deduction cycle, and even view or edit an employee’s contribution.

Pay register report, payroll run report, PF Report, ESI Report, Arrears Report, and TDS Report are a few reports which can be automatically generated in Moon HRM. Apart from these, you can even create ad-hoc allowance report and ad-hoc deduction report.

Definitely, you can add or update an employee’s shift from the payroll group section, located under the payroll settings. Find the ‘Shifts’ tab and enter the pay date, the number of paid days, paid weekly offs, and paid holidays.
