Once you have successfully integrated the HRM software with Basecamp, the user can create a new status. With this functionality, you can mark the status in progress, completed, or as a bug. Besides status, you can add task descriptions and even mention hours for a particular task.

  • Users can select the ‘Status’ tab from the settings and then, click on the “+” icon to create a new status.
  • Team members can not only rename the new status but also pick any color of their choice.
  • Upon successfully adding status, the new status will then appear in the list of sets, making it easier to link projects.

When you have linked the HRM software with Basecamp, you can add new sets from the main settings. Just like you create a new status, you can also add new sets for your developer’s team. While adding, you can write a description of tasks and also include the due date.

  • Developers can click on the “+” sign whenever they wish to add a new status set.
  • Once the new status set is added successfully, it will be visible in the list of sets.
  • The newly added status set will further make it easier to link the projects in one click.
Yes, choose a Gmail at the time of logging into a Basecamp. Then, allow Basecamp to access your Gmail account and you will be successfully logged in. It is a super convenient option for Gmail users who wish to continue with their Gmail IDs instead of creating a new one.
Since you are managing multiple projects on a Basecamp, you need to integrate it with Moon HRM in order to calculate the time spent on each completed task. Also, it is crucial to understand how much time an employee takes to finish one sprint or to-do.
Employees answering daily task updates or adding comments to the ongoing to-dos are known as project-wise commenting. As soon as they add a new comment, it will be displayed on the dashboard of the project. Notably, only managers or TLs can enable or disable comments.
Once you are logged in successfully, the Moon HRM logo will appear near a Basecamp logo (at the top-right). It represents that your Moon HRM login was successful and now the employees' reports will sync with the HRM app. Whereas, the login process is unsuccessful if the Moon HRM logo doesn't appear.
